Internet Connection
I Am Using 2 Connections To Connect To The Net.
When Connected Thru Lan Cable Of Local Isp The Data Sent&recieved Are Of Same Amount, The In Other Connection
(mobile Phone) The Sent Data Is Very Less Compared To Recieved-data.why?

It might be that the mobile connection is slow in terms of sending data. As the sending of data is slow it seems as if there may be an issue with your mobile USB connecting your mobile to computer. Use another compatible USB wire and check if the issue persist. Also you may verify the same with your mobile sim card company. I am using Reliance USB internet connection for my Dell laptop and sometimes even my sending data is less compared to receiving.

Receiving and sending data on modem
It will depend on your modem, where some modems can perform data compression and some modem don't. Data compression enables send data at a faster rates.Receiving end is also decompressed that data but it will depends on website contents. May be your LAN connection to your ISP is using data compressing technique for sending and receiving data and but your mobile phone modem is not perform data compression. so it may differ.
