Re: About the xbox connection
In order to connect your xbox connection You have to make a smaller simple network. The connection should be between your xbox and the computer. This can be done in three different and easy ways. For this you can use connection like hub, router and crossover cable. It will also show how to configure the hardware. You cannot login by your xbox, unless the EvolutionX dashboard is configured or installed.

Re: Xbox Network Connection using Hub
This the common network and it's set up is also easy. select your network cable. Then uplink the port of your hub, see that the switch is on. Take one of the cable of RJ-45 and make it start from the ports of the hub, you can connect directly to the Network Interface Card as you had installed it in your computer. And make the other connection by hub directly to your xbox. The set up should be basic.

Re: Xbox Network Connection using Router
The another other network is the router, it is also a common network configuration. You have to select the network cable that comes from modem and pass through wan port of your router. Take one cable and start it to the port of router. To the network interface. And installed it to your system. Take the other and join it to the xbox. If you are using the firewall you have to forward the ports 8602.

Re: Xbox Network Connection using Crossover Cable
This is the last network as we are talking about for xbox that is crossover cable. This is the last network. This also you have to connect on NIC card. You first plug the cable of your USB, from your modem and connect to your USB port. You might be done it before if you are having the usb modem, with your current internet connection. This also you have to connect to the xbox in which you have installed.

Re: Xbox at same network as your PC.
If you are connecting xbox directly to the second NIC card then only you have to use the crossover cable. If you are also having the connection like switch, hub, router etc, then you have to use the standard cable RJ-45.It also requires the winroute. It can be down loaded from the world wide web. It also has the manual instruction, how you can set it.
